How It Works
The winner of the drawing will get their choice of the (6) foals specified. A 60 day pregnancy is guaranteed, in a recipient mare of which will be leased to the winner for the 2026-2027 breeding season. The recipient lease fee is included in the giveaway.
If we are not able to obtain a viable pregnancy for the specific foal/breeding cross chosen by the end of the 2026 breeding season (7/15/2025), the winner will have the option to choose a different 2026 foal in utero from B&E with a viable 60 day pregnancy.
When the recipient mare checks 60 days in foal, the winner will be notified that the recipient mare is ready to be picked up OR the winner can submit a 2026-2027 pregnant mare care contract and leave the recipient mare here at B&E Equine for future care & foaling. (Board begins at 60 days.)
As our standard, we will provide a LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE if the recipient mare remains in our care for the full term of the pregnancy and is subsequently foaled out on site by B&E Equine.
If the recipient mare leaves our facility, there are no guarantees beyond that point. Foal in utero insurance can be obtained at the buyers expense if desired and is highly recommended prior to the recipient mare leaving our facility/care.
