Aspiration Purchase Price Includes a $1,500 Non-Refundable Chute Fee.  
The chute fee covers $500 for us to track the mares cycle(s) and time the aspiration in a fashion that we are setting the buyer up for success.  Plus the $1,000 Aspiration Expense. 
 
A contract will be emailed to you within 10 days of booking. 
 
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: 
The buyer can aspirate up to two times if the first attempt is unsuccessful. The buyer will pay another $1,500 chute fee for each additional aspiration. 
 
LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE
If no foal is obtained after (2) aspirations the buyer will have a credit (purchase price less $1,500 chute fee) they can apply towards the purchase of any viable B&E Equine Foal in Utero available for 2026 or they can choose to store the credit for future aspirations for 2027. 
 
Buyer MUST use B&E Equine Recipient mares and return a 2026/2027 recipient mare lease with reservation fee in order to take advantage of the live foal guarantee.   
 
If you would like to aspirate and transfer the resulting embryos into your own recipient mares or at another facility there is no Live Foal Guarantee.  Once you successfully obtain frozen embryos the contract will be considered fulfilled. 
 
Additional Embryos: 
A fee of 50% of the promotional purchase price is due for each additional foal obtained at the time of a live viable foal.  The additional frozen embryo permits will be held until this fee is paid.
