HOW IT WORKS:
1. Reserve your foal in utero today.
2. We will send you an agreement, return & pay the remaining 20% deposit to hold.
2. B&E will prioritize producing all embryos with deposits down and keep the buyer informed throughout the breeding process.
3. When the recipient mare checks 60 days in foal with a viable pregnancy, the payment option on the balance, selected by the buyer, will begin along with board charges if the mare remains in the care of B&E. See details below.
4. Recipient mares are leased to the buyer and are not required to stay with B&E. They can be picked up upon a 60 day pregnancy so long as the balance is paid in full. Foal in utero insurance can be obtained at 60 days and is highly recommended prior to the recipient mare departing.
If a 60 day pregnancy of the specific cross contracted, is not obtained by the end of breeding season 7/15/2026, the 20% deposit can be rolled to another foal in utero of the buyers choice or will be fully refunded.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We offer (4) payment methods on the balance of the foal once a 60 day pregnancy is achieved:
1.) Pay the balance of $13,000 in full at the 60 day preg check.
Required if recip is leaving.

2. ) Four Equal Lump Sum Payments of: $3,150 + Board
First payment at the 60 day preg check then (3) payments every 90 Days after.
(Paid off by foaling time.) Recip can leave after foaling & return after weaning if desired.

3.) 9 Monthly Payments of: $1,400 + Board

LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE
A Live Foal Guarantee is offered if the recipient mare remains in the care of B&E throughout gestation and foals out on site.
Should anything happen to the foal - the live foal guarantee offers the buyer a credit to apply towards another foal in utero of their choice for the same year or to roll to the following year.
If the recipient mare leaves, the live foal guarantee is void & the contract is considered fulfilled at the time the recipient mare departs from our facility checked positively in foal.
