Here's how it works:

Pick a specific foal out of one of our mares , We'll send you a purchase agreement. 

 

The agreement will include (4) Payment Options for you to choose from, ranging from paying the purchase balance at pregnancy up to monthly payment options through weaning.   

Return the Agreement with a 20% Deposit.

B&E will prioritize all embryos that are under contract during breeding season and obtain those pregnancies first.  Once we have achieved a 60 day viable pregnancy in a recipient mare, your selected payment option will begin.

A 60 day pregnancy is guaranteed by the end of breeding season (July 15th). In the event a pregnancy is not achieved, the deposit will be refunded or can be applied as a credit to another foal in utero of the buyers choice.

All foals in utero are sold with a Live Foal Guarantee IF the recipient mare remains in the care of B&E Equine throughout the pregnancy and is subsequently foaled out on site.

*Board / care for the recipient mare/foal is billed monthly beginning at a 60 day pregnancy and is a service paid for in addition to the purchase of the foal.

For those interested in taking the recipient mare home to eliminate board expenses, the purchase price includes a standard recipient mare lease. The balance on the purchase can be paid in full and once received, the buyer can take the recipient mare home, then return her after foaling / weaning.

There are no guarantees on foals in utero once the recipient mare leaves.   It is highly encouraged that the foal is insured prior to the recipient mare departing from our facility. We can help with obtaining insurance as desired at the buyers expense.
